New showhomes set to open as development starts on new sites

newshowhomesHousebuilders Beal Homes and Charles Church are set to welcome new housebuyers to two newly-launched Kingswood Parks developments after announcing they will open showhomes in the next month.

More and more housebuyers are expected to visit the new developments after Hull was named as one of the happiest places to live in the UK.

Already, more than one fifth of homes to be built at Beal Homes’ King’s Chase development have been reserved even before the East Yorkshire builder’s new show homes open in December.

Beal Homes Managing Director Richard Beal said the company’s customer selection studio has appealed to housebuyers and he believes it will attract more housebuyers to purchase a home atthe new development.

He said: “With great new three and four bedroom, mostly detached designs, King’s Chase is set to be Beal’s flagship development in the Hull area.”

These stylish King’s Chase properties will provide even more space and balance luxury, practicality and energy efficiency.

Purchasers at King’s Chase will enjoy styling their new home, working together with Beal’s home designer in the company’s customer selection studio to decide on their personal internal layouts and finishes to create an individual home, which will then be built just for them.

Beal Homes is also finishing a number of loft homes built above the new local shops at the vibrant Kingswood Parks Village Centre.

All but five of the lofts have already been sold with housebuyers able to view the last remaining properties, which include an open plan kitchen living space, bedroom, bathroom and allocated parking.

Smart, contemporary and stylish, the lofts are being finished to Beal’s high specification with lots of choice for buyers. These first and second floor lofts face south and south west, so they have the benefit of good natural light and views over The Village green.

Meanwhile, Charles Church has also seen a large amount of interest in its new Parkland development.

Kevin Thubron, sales director for Charles Church Yorkshire, said the housebuilder was delighted to commence work on the new Charles Church Parkland development in such a friendly and thriving community.

He said: “We have successfully been building homes in the Kingswood district since 2010. During this time we have found visitors, and ultimately our customers, to be very friendly which has in turn created a community feel within our developments.

“This has been further endorsed by the number of customers who have benefited from our ‘recommend a friend’ scheme as they choose to build their own neighbourhood.

“We feel the Parklands development will bring even more of a smile to the faces of prospective customers – for instance, the floor plan of our new four bedroom homes offers buyers an extra 317 square feet of living space.”

The Parklands will feature a collection of newly designed three, four and five bedroom homes which not only offer superior interior specification but will externally look completely different to previous Charles Church homes in the area.

“Each of the properties will be built in stone instead of our traditional brick,” said Kevin.
“We wanted the new Charles Church house designs to be distinctively different and felt the textured stone provided an aesthetically pleasing appearance which was more fitting for the spacious lifestyle we are offering.

“We hope that customers will be as happy with our new house designs as we are and we are inviting potential buyers to register their interest so they don’t miss out on the latest developments at the Parklands.”
