Kingswood Residents’ Association (KRA), in partnership with Church of England and Revive Church, held a Christmas Fair bringing the community together for an action-packed afternoon.
The event saw more than 700 people attend, and was the first community-run festive event to be held locally.
The fair was held at The Kingswood pub, and included numerous stalls set up by local residents showcasing their skills.
A face painter was present along with traditional fun fair rides, a hot roast chestnut stall and a DJ playing Christmas music to get everyone into the festive sprit.
The event was supported by many local companies including Kingswood Parks Development Company (KPDC) donating raffle prizes, such as vouchers for The Village Green Café-Bar, Kingswood Butchers and Deli, The Village Retreat and The Hair Room, all located in Kingswood Parks Village Centre.
KRA would like to thank everyone who attended, with a special thanks to The Kingswood Pub which went above and beyond to help at the event. Watch this space for details of future KRA activities and if you would like to get involved contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
