Beal Homes has just unveiled its eagerly anticipated showhome at Westwood, a new £20 million development of family and executive homes in Kingswood Parks.

Visitors over the August Bank Holiday weekend were the first to see the Carlton, a brand new show house, which is set to be Beal’s flagship property in the Hull area. A four bedroom detached property with double garage, The Carlton is said to have a classic architectural exterior. It is set in a fully-landscaped plot with an attractive block-paved driveway.

Underneath the Carlton’s timeless exterior, this is a very modern, warm and energy efficient home designed and built by Beal Homes to the latest standards – the Carlton has won an excellent B energy performance rating, which for a detached house of this size is quite an achievement.

This showhome demonstrates what excellent internal accommodation the Carlton design provides, though Richard Beal, managing director of the family-owned house builder, is keen to point out that all purchasers at Westwood have the option of changing the internal layout of Beal’s designs to create a bespoke home without additional cost, subject to build stage.
